With a focus on highlighting fresh, locally sourced ingredients, Chef Dailly creates unique and flavorful dishes that celebrate the essence of Reunion Island. Each meal is designed with eco-responsibility in mind, ensuring top-quality food while honoring the region’s traditions and sustainability.
Guests can choose from three distinct menus for dinner: the Media Menu, the Vegetarian Menu, or the Tasting Menu. Each option reflects the chef’s commitment to offering a variety of flavors that cater to different dietary preferences, ensuring there is something for everyone.
